Trump National Golf Course

  • Played that course today in PV. It is not a long course from the Blues. But It kicked my butt. The biggest problem was that I played 5 hours of golf and had to wait at every hole. I am having a second knee replacement. Hence climbing up to elevated tee boxes was not fun. I was plumb worn out after the round. The place ain't cheap. I complained about the slow play after we were told that the course was wide open at the pro shop. They kind of shrugged their shoulders and did not say much or even apologize . I will not play there again.

    Great location, great vews, average and way overpriced course. I have played 150 plus courses that are better.

    I have to agree. Everything there was expensive. The cost of the aggravation was not worth it. I was pretty disinterested in the round by the time I got to the back nine. For that kind of price they should have kept play moving better. I have seen better on muni courses. I sent the general manager an email outlining my displeasure with the course. I already got a response. Interesting. They do not like hearing this kind of feedback.

  • PVGC is a million times better than trump and the best course in the south bay. Los Verdes is a better course as well and reasonably priced.

    trump is way to cramped for my liking. it might be because im rarely hitting the ball straight off the tee thumbsup

    ... I should also add that the LPGA played an event at trump and they now refuse to come back.
