I live in Los Angeles, of course I have tried it.

I eat it 4-5 times a week with dinner as a side dish. Prepare it 1,000,000 different ways.... black, red, white quinoa. all delicious.

Trader Joe's sells excellent quinoa varieties - try their frozen quinoa for a quick side dish or buy it raw and cook with chicken or vegetable stock. Delicious.

I like to add peas and carrots and serve it chilled. Perfect side dish in summer.

Been eating it ever since I started training with Chris Carmichael. He's a big proponent of it.

Go to trainright.com and I think they have some recipes using quinoa.

I sometimes eat these Raw food bars from Fresh & Easy that contain Quinoa. Usually a combination of Quinoa, nuts, and fruit, then drink a protein shake as well for breakfast.

I've tried quinoa spaghetti, but it's consistency is rubbery.
