LOL@ the end of the Blazers-Hornets game. Up 99-93, the Blazers needed one more point for the whole crowd to win free burritos, Felton gets fouled and misses both shots. The Hornets take it down and miss with like 5 seconds left, rebound to Aldridge. Aldridge is about to hold it to kill the clock but another player reminds him about the Burritos (and the crowd is yelling), so he tries to whip it down the court, but a Hornet player knocked it down and the clock ran out. Looked like a circus out there following the Felton missed free throws.

Thanks, my man icky. Wish I could play it for my cohorts in the office, but my employer blocks youtube (I'm lucky to be able to access this forum).
And yes, all in good humor (at least for me anyway) with Gang and his feelings toward Oklahoma - goes back over a few years and different forums. But he and I certainly agree on the travesty of ELO not being in the R&R HOF - one my all-time favorites.
And Randy, I'll humbly congratulate the Lakers and Laker fans should the Lakers send the Thunder home for the summer. But, watching the way the Thunder have made massive strides and appear poised for greatness is very similar to the feelings of watching USC the latter half of last season and eagerly awaiting next season with great expectations.
Realizing this is a forum dominated by Laker fans and my perspective isn't popular, the talent, desire, focus and chemistry of the Thunder make it hard for us Thunder fans to not be very optimistic about this season and seasons to come. Considering the age of key players (Durant - 23; Westbrook - 23; Harden - 22; Ibaka - 22) and with Durant, Westbrook and Perkins (age 27) signed to long-term deals and with a good chance for Harden as well (and hopefully Ibaka), I don't think there is another team in the league with such promising prospects for near-term and long-term success. But then again, the Thunder haven't won anything yet and one key injury, outbreak of egomania and/or complacency and the Thunder will be just another team.

The difference in the game last night was the first 5 minutes of the 3rd qtr.
Pau is softer than a virgin vagina. The guy gets pushed around more than a fat guy looking for a salad at Tommy Burgers. And he looks just as stupid constantly blowing on his hands...almost as stupid as a fat person wearing a team jersey with a zero in the number. Hey Pau, instead of staring at Perkins...fucking hit him you betch!
The Lakers effort, or the lack thereof on hustle plays(50/50 balls) killed them last night. Murphy, McBob, and Barnes are FUCKING USELESS players...FUCKING USELESS.
And the next time I see Blake EVER fight over the top of a screen and force the shooter OFF his spot will be the first time. Westbrook ran the same play how many times in a row? I'll live with getting beat by a better team. I will not tolerate a half-assed effort because they're frustrated with the lack of calls.
What is happiness? The feeling that power is growing, that resistance is overcome.--Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche
