yeah, well I worked with the Registrar of Voters on this issue, when we were investigating claims of fraud, saw how they "checked" signatures. She was in my office several times, and I made a few trips to her place in Downey.
This is not exactly scientific "testing". Catching this is not easy.
Let us not forget, at least 700 did fraudulently vote in the Loretta Sanchez election, and those are merely the ones which were caught. Most likely there were many many more who got away with it

Do you deny voter fraud happens?
How do you explain Garfield County had more votes cast than the number of actual registered votors. Thank God Drake Sabitch uncovered the plot and proved that Donnelly won the Governor's seat.

NO 700 did not vote fraudulently in Lorretta Sanchez's race. AS I SHOWED YOU BEFORE....More than half of those were found to be valid.
There was no decision on the others....MY suspicion was at this stage of the game nobody cared anymore.
But the answer is that is not so. The congress did their search and alleged the 700 and left there and then walked away. In subsequent investigations as I showed you in a previous thread about 300 were found to be valid. (THe Brennan Center showed that!)
THat is quite dishonest to continue to repeat that story. And the idea that not catching these things is not scientific is again nonsense. As I stated they are still reviewing information from the November 5th election. Again you could solve this problem by showing an election where there were a huge number of fraudulent votes and those votes changed the course of the election. Or a large number of dead people who weren't supposed to vote had voted.
No such evidence exists. Even the Republicans in the Sanchez-Dornan race conceded that they did not have evidence sufficient to overturn the election.

Do you deny that improperly registering voters is the first step towards voter fraud?
Should we just let this go, and put all of the responsibility on the people verifying signatures? I would imagine that you would be in favor of stopping this at the source, rather than taking the chance that they might slip through and destroy your premise that voter fraud does not happen.

These idiots have done this for years.
Actually if you want to stop it. The way to stop is to stop paying people to collect signatures. That is where fraudulent signatures get turned in. Because the signatory has a reason to turn in signatures. The more they get in the more they get paid.
THAT IS WHY I NEVER SIGN PETITIONS OR ANY OF THAT SHIT ANYMORE. It causes the full employment for political consultants act. They just keep throwing ballot issues at us. It makes a mess of government and it makes us dubious of the elections system because silly political issues that are not important get thrown at us..
The real place where Election Fraud happens is at the level of elected officials They can pervert the process. But again voter i.d. would not solve that problem. The problem of course is easier to keep under control when you have a vigilant state official to make sure that the certification of the election by the local election official is honest and correct.
