WOW! "Gay men should be put to death" Shoulda just kept his mouth shut.
Once and idiot...always an idiot.
I don't recall him ever saying anything like this. Always thought of pac-man as a great ambassador. What am I missing?
What a f*ck-tard. Wonder how many times he's visited the Hollywood Spa...

Which pac-man are we talking about here? The NFL player?
Ahhhh, that's different.
Yes, surprising...but not shocking, given the moral position/beliefs of many Philippinos.
Waiting to see what Flipper has to say about this.
Did that dude make it to another board? I don't think he post's here.
Yep, I think he statement was he was quoting the bible or something in that range. Don't think it was the king james version.
Phillippinos are predominately Christians and Muslims, neither religion condones homosexuality (it is punishable by death under some forms of Sharia law).
The bigger the government, the smaller the citizen - Dennis Prager
Nothing to see here. Manny never said that, and the interviewer has come out and said he never mentioned the book of leviticus. People trying to make a bigger deal out of nothing. He simply stated he is against same sex marriage.
whether we agree with what he says or not, shouldn't he be allowed the "free speech" that everyone else feels is a basic right?
NO, i don't agree with him!
Manny has taken to many shots to the head. When people think you are ignorant, it is probably wise to keep your mouth shut rather than convince them of it.
He is allowed free speech; no one censored him.
Conversely, the public is allowed free speech in their reactions.
IF he in fact said it, it's a pretty bone headed move.
He is a politician and an elected one at that (a member of Congress).
Politicians are known for making statements on gay marriage and there motives for doing so are often questioned.
Who knows if he even believes it?
The serenity to accept the things I cannot change, The courage to change the things I can, And the wisdom to know the difference.
I really do hope we get to see this guy destroyed in the ring one day. I've been sick of him for years.
I have a soft spot for the filipino community (My blonde/blue polish wife was a member of the Pacific American Society in Law School and I've been to so many barbecue/christenings etc from that group I've gotten invested). I've always rooted for Manny. Sounds like he was misquoted. And floyd is 100 times the asshole Manny could ever be.
It's too bad Mayweather and Manny couldn't both lose if they fought.
The way these two have bickered and dodged each other has really bothered me for some reason. I am growing to root against both... I have already decided to not watch anymore of either one's fights until they fight each other.
The timing of this message from Mayweather is pretty funny.
I find that to be about as sincere as when the President said he didn't support gay marriage
"....I believe people should live their live [sic] the way they want."
Says the man scheduled to go to jail on June 1 for a three-month sentence for attacking his ex-girlfriend while two of their children watched in September 2010.
If he had only be allowed to live his life the way he wanted, and use the woman as a punching bag....
