  • i just realized that rivals' #2 pro-style qb committed to stanford on 3/4/12. i guess i missed that. good news for max browne and usc. however, rivals' #2 QB was #28 QB on scout.

  • I like the fact that a kid from out of state will take an unofficial visit to a school.
    I find it interesting that families make that financial commitment to look at schools, knowing that they will most likely get an official visit anyway.
    As a relative new-comer to recruiting and this site, maybe I am reading too much into it, but I think that has to put SC up near the top of his list...

    It helps USC a lot that He has a brother that lives in Southern California ...he's going to probably going to be staying with him during his visit.

    It seems like the QB's have to travel early. Usually only one spot in the class for a QB and I don't think you can start taking officials until the fall. Teams want their QB committed early and don't want to be scrambling in the fall to find one. So if you don't want the spot to be taken, you had better be travelling to check out the different schools.
