Why? He did nothing wrong.
He might be an agent, but he is a student at USC first. Are we going to say that no agents can attend USC and if they do they can't be in any classes with student athletes? Remember the NCAA also has an extremely vague term of agent. This is really a non-issue that USC is just being overly sensitive about. The only way to avoid this would be to segregate all athletes from the regular student body.
