I can't remember the post exactly, but it referred to someone from Cal who knew Tosh well, and made him sound like a sociopath.

Not armed with enough intel to agree to the douche-bag label from 'Kal fan,' but I do know the guy can recruit and the Bears are now victim to a wicked recruiting 'shell game,' in which they got completely bamboozled---totally shell-shocked. I supposed where there's smoke, there's douche-bagggery fire....so if the negative recruiting reputation shoe fits--so be it...I'm sure he's not Mother Teresa with an X chromosome, but very good at his job, and apparently, grossly underpaid.

What's a little odd, is that Shaq is headed to UW, and while not truly following his positon coach, that defense becomes way better instantly, and his signature hasn't even been faxed in yet. Arik makes a move to Oregon when the two best DL coaches reside in LA and now, Seattle, and if he ends up on the OL, why the hell would he have selected that program, with THAT coach? Add to the fact Arik is the 6th DE to be added to the '12 floatville class and it's just weird. Maybe Arik and/or Gus know more douche-bag stories from the crypt than we do?

Whatever...being connected to the Trojan family every morning when my feet hit the floor, I don't put much stock into musical chair DL coaching douche-bags, but watching the mayhem unfold is kinda fun!

I put some quotes in here from AW Prince who was the former Cal mod and knows west coast recruiting as well as anyone.
He sent me an email three years ago that said Tosh would one day burn Cal down. Yes, he did backstab the guy who fought to get him on board as a Grad Assistant. He has a huge ego and has been negative recruiting the hell out of USC while at Cal. Telling kids that USC will be great in 2012 but will dive quickly the following years due to sanctions. HE is even instructing other schools on how to negative recruit against USC.
Guys like him, it eventually catches up. I mean you can only relate to kids on the Xbox for so long.

Some of the funniest, most insightful, revealing comments I have ever read from a coach, I like the guy ... very honest & upfront .. self-depricating humor.

One serious line reveals a lot about his relationship to Tedford:

"I can tell you who I'm not - someone that Tedford can just throw under the bus for no reason whatsoever without consequences."

He also makes a few more unflattering comments about Tedford but as he says he left Cal for promotion, so why the hate from Cal fans?

He talks about a recruit coming to UW so Tosh can get some new chrome tips for his boat ...

This twitter business is not my cup of tea ... I thought that was a joke on Tosh's part .. so he is actually NOT Tosh ...

I don't know, if I was getting underpaid and I was providing the school with solid recruiting, then I'd have to jump ship as well. I'd probably also think about jacking some recruits as well, especially along the lines of Shaq.

Yeah, I do not know the guy, I thought I had some insight into him but it is someone making fun of him, thus the new chrome tips for my boat comment regarding landing a recruit.
Now, seeing that twitter in the right perspective, it is a very critical although humorous portrayal of Tosh.
Very clever.
So the twitter writer sees Sark with bags of money luring Tosh away from Cal. Tosh disses Tedford, pumps himself up as being the greatest and spends a lot of time fishing on his boat..

Also learning about dead periods that prior to LOI day are not really "dead", more like no-visitation period.

All the other dead period in the football calendar limit the coaches access to family and athlete ..

Fun to learn, even if I look silly at times ...
