247 will be 2 years old in August. Not only has Rivals & Scout been around longer(obviously), however, they also have more financial resources in their war chest. This network is growing faster than they can get the updates out for the product itself. In fact the CEO of 247 came on this site a week or so ago and answered some questions, one of which was the impending release of their new ranking system that will be released soon.
If Rivals was Microsoft, then 247 is Apple.
