Marion Grice or D.J. Foster ?

Which one would you want more ?
This could be interesting. Foster and Grice are on ASUs list of running backs being recruited.
CLk is visiting him .
Grice is at Blinn college ( Cam Newton) and he is rated as the top RB in JC.
CLk will bring in a quality RB.

I think they're both good but aren't they different types of backs? Foster is more of a shifty back and Grice is more of a big back a la what we would have had with York.

I tell you....if you are a RB recruit, you would be nuts to not look closely at TB University this year. Look at the OL. We made Moody McNeal into a star last year. Can you say Statue?

any idiot can get a 3.0 from Blinn, i used to go to high school outside of houston and people moved to blinn after HS to transfer to a&m and UT because it was extremely easy and actually had a party life compared to any JC ive ever heard or seen.

Haven't seen Grice yet but im not sold on what i've seen from foster as a true RB.

Whichever one wants to be part of the Trojan Family the most.
From what people who know Foster have said about him it seems like he has the physical AND mental ability to be very successful. Don't know much about Grice.

Would hate to see us bring in Grice after pulling York's offer...

Foster because he'll be a freshman, but I always defer to the staff.

Grice cuz he wants to play TB. DJ Foster doesn't even know if he wants to play Safety or TB. Grice is more physical too.

I am not sure who is better, but it seems we have a need for a bruiser like Grice. DJ Morgan is a burner and Moody is a tweener, Buck is an unknown(although I like him), so I think a more proven commodity like Grice is the better bet. Sounds like Foster is going elsewhere so it really a moot point.

Honest question, because I've been searching for an answer on the different boards and can't find it: Has there been any actual confirmation that the coaching staff met up with Grice, or is this just speculation at this point? I remember hearing about the staff meeting with a "wr or rb from texas" and then somebody mentioned the possibility of Grice, but I can't recall hearing a confirmation on that.
Sorry if this was mentioned and I somehow missed it.

He's plenty fast. He doesn't have blazing speed but as much if not more than Moody Mcneal. He's savy, and tough like Rogers from oregon st a few years ago. I'll take that and it looks like Lane agrees with me. People need to stop focusing on measurables alone and look at the tape.

First off, I never said "highlight" tapes. DJ has played on TV multiple times and film from those games are available. 2nd, highlight tapes are more reliable and gives a better sense of a football players ability than his 40 time or VJ. Which is the point I was getting at mr. goon
