I thought UM does not have any RB verbals yet.

I guess they considered Wyatt Shallman a RB. According to UM poster there recruiting Shallman as a RB

I've heard Luck defined as that intersection where Preparation meets Opportunity.

If a high school running back has the potential to play the position in the NFL, USC will certainly provide him an opportunity to prove whether or not he's good enough.

Timing is everything in life, and the timing has never been better at USC for running backs to step in and make their mark.

Not sure how stocked the cupboards are at Michigan with RB's, but I can't recall when they've ever been thinner at USC.

Lots of those posters are talking about how Michigan is only going to take 1 RB in the class, or that Isaac wouldn't commit if there was another RB in the same class (i.e. because he wouldn't want to commit with another elite RB commit). I wonder if that's something that Isaac has actually said or if those posters are just wired that way, because SC often gets an abundance of talent at positions with recruits that want to come compete (I guess that's just cause SC is SC). Anyway, I wonder if Isaac is really concerned about what other RB's are in our class, because we will get at least 2 and maybe 3, and we are in it with several elite prospects.

Ty has recently came out and said the rumors of him wanting to be the only RB in a class are false. Deveon Smith is talking of slowing things down but hinted that we would commit to UM if they were offering a lot of playing time for him as a freshman. My guess would be that Smith would commit to UM if they offered him as the only RB but they won't do that yet. It's looking like, even if Smith commits to UM this weekend, they will still pursue Isaac. Because of this, a Smith commitment isn't too likely. It seems that Isaac won't drag things out much longer after visiting USC, though.

Deveon Smith committed to UM today. Hopefully Ty visit next weekend goes great

Michigan fan here, just wanted to give you guys an update from our end. We did indeed get a commit from RB DeVeon Smith, but the coaches still plan on taking another RB and Isaac has a spot in Michigan's class if he wants it.

How long is he visiting you guys?

Michigan fans are anxiously awaiting news about his USC visit.
