Hold up here. UW is "the 2nd most storied team in The PAC"? Cal, UCLA, Stanford and even Oregon can argue with that. Especially if you are talking NCAA titles for all sports. I live in Seattle and if I have to read ONE more story about the 1991 Huskies I will puke. Talk about living in the past!

That's a more recent national title than any of those other schools. Cal and Oregon don't even deserve to be in the conversation - it's Washington, Stanford, or UCLA and the Huskies have won a national title in the last 25 years.
The only reason I could see Sark doing this is for a fat pay raise. Beyond that, it makes no sense; his connections and recruiting base is on the West Coast, and it's a lot cushier trying to win the Pac-12 north than it is going head on with Alabama and LSU in the SEC West.

IF Sark were to make this move (and that's a big if), it would open the door for Mora to move to his alma mater - something he has always wanted to do.
Remember, that's what got him fired in Atlanta, when he talked on the radio about how the UW job was his dream job.
