Was just gonna post this. Makes sense, Arkansas has struggled this year but no doubt they have talent, and I would bet if Sark goes there and has success, you could see him in the NFL sooner than later.

Totally agree. A world class city (Seattle) or a dump (Fayetteville). Who cares if it's a mid-tier SEC team versus a lower ranked mid-tier Pac-12 team?

Exactly. Arkansas is not exactly a place I would imagine a nice Mormon boy and his family would feel really comfortable in.

I'll take a guess. Boatloads of cash. Also, no need to worry about recruiting violations. Tosh could go crazy. Wilcox has some experience with the sec, if he follows Sark.

No, that isn't what I meant...as a Catholic, I would not find too many there as well...Baptist, Methodists, yes. It's merely a fact that there is no temple in Arkansas, and I believe Sark and his family are loyal adherents to their faith...nothing more, nothing less.

i dont see the point of having 2 d-line coaches on staff. even if Coach O is given the coordinator position, he'll still be overseeing the d-line. imo, with monte leaving, hazelton will also be let go. one of the reasons why we chose him was to have another tampa2/cover2 expert on staff, and since we'll no longer make a dedicated effort in running that scheme as our base defense, i think we'll be looking for a big name linebacker's coach.

What am I missing here?
Why leave the 2nd most storied school in PAC history for a middling SEC team?
Sark is slowing building something nice up in Seattle, why leave and have to start all over?
