I called this before the season started (as did many others). Think Kirby Smart will be the next Tennessee head coach? He has been a hot commodity for awhile and supposedly Tennessee is a job he'd be interested in.

Apparently (and this is true) the only football coach at Tennessee since the Vietnam War was being fought who was not fired from that job was Lane Kiffin.

Gruden to USC dont forget!
Also:
David Cutcliffe will coach Tennessee after getting Duke off to a 6-2 start they have lost the last 3 but to Clemson and FSU and GT I believe but still it's Duke.
Chizik will be gone at Auburn and look for them to maybe go after Charlie Strong.
Louisville will then hire the Louisiana Tech HC
Michigan State may be looking for a coach

He makes a lot of money...He gets to talk football all the time and review film and do everything a coach does except...he doesn't have to put in 20 Hour work days.

Well, they just self-sanctioned another bowl ban. Miami is expecting to get hammered, as they should. With the recent announcement from one of the Cane's biggest recruits the past decade (Kyle Wright) that he was provided money and other benefits by a UM booster not named Shapiro, a man he also says had a lot of "ties" to the basketball team, you would certainly hope Haden is "keeping his eye" on this one.

He aint going to Tennesee...

the competitive juices more overwhelm him. isn't his wife a former Tenn cheerleader? maybe she'll put the pressure on him.
gruden has about 10 more good years of coaching, maybe 15. hopefully he waits a year to see if the USC job is available.
