Based on what I am hearing behind the scenes is that there may not be a ride for this kid. Lots of kids want to be a Trojan this weekend.
Bruich is one dumbasd coach.
Winning the academic award in the SEC is sort of like winning the special olympics. Even if you win, you are still a retard.
I'm giving you a +1 for the Bruich comment. I'm sad that Fitts let that douche into his head.
This is getting really exciting...
"Here are provided seats of meditative joy, where shall rise again the destined reign of Troy." Virgil
Sad about Fitts, but amazing that the staff has enough guys higher on their board ready to go
+100 Ms Usctrojan1. I love this time of year
To be honest, I'm really not that sad about Fitts. If we had 25 scholarships to hand out then maybe I would feel bad. But we have 15 and he knew that if he decommitted the chances of someone taking his spot were high.
USC needs to have a "next man up" attitude and take the guy that wants to be here. Maybe Fitts decommiting is a blessing in disguise for another young man that really needs USC in his life?
I'd like to think positive and be calm knowing some family is going to be blessed by the opportunity of their son/brother/nephew/grandson attending USC.
Fight on future Trojans!

Bruichs' dad was even a bigger prick. Had a few battles against him while he was at Kieser.
I've been thinking that same thing based on what SS and ADM have been saying , so hearig it from you makes it feel that much more solid.
Sometimes, things just have a way of working out.
Good luck to Fitts whatever happens either way.
Aside from all the hate and disdain for the baby blues across town...it is a good school, the kid could do much worse.
I'm going to go throw up now.
I always thought KB was a bigger prick.
So who takes his spot?
F I G H T O N
Ucla is a great school. Their football program is on the rise (which I think is great for the PAC, and the rivalry). I chose USC over ucla for many reasons. Kylie may not have a choice anymore. He could do worse (see: Notre Dame). He made his bed, now he must sleep in it. If you don't want to go to USC, then don't. I'm pretty sure we will survive. Fight On!
L- on a side note, I'm feeling very good about where this class ends up on NSD.
Cheers, my dear.
On the contrary, ucla is sliding backwards in basically everything. No money. Losing ground in academics. Athletics reeling... One not terrible football season does not mean major success.

USC 2013-2014 All Sports Head-to-Head Record: 257-112-2 (0.695)
My USC Football Attendance Streak (Home and Away): 48
What do you mean by that? I'm genuinely curious. Is it a UC thing?
I already counted him out. The wildcard in this class is OT Harrison ,because he can decide the fate of Quinton Powell. We'll find out Monday night.
Could this also have something to do with his injured wrist?
Never mind if he is a good kid, a great athlete, etc. But, can we afford to bring in an injured player? With only 75 spots, we have to be just a little selective. Heck, he may heal up just fine, but what if he doesn't? Him decommitting really didn't help his cause...
Of the current commits, I believe the possibility of Prevot flipping is strong as he has three officials left and has already had his SC visit.I combine this with quotes he has given on various recent interviews. Is this an accurate assessment? And it seems that Powell and Prevot do the same thing. Small DE/OLB with incredible quickness athleticism. What are the thoughts here?
Thanks so much for all the nuggets. Us junkies surely appreciate it
I agree. I think -- and this pure speculation -- that he's going to Texas A&M, what with him being a Texas native and a prototypical 3-4 outside linebacker. Plus, as you mentioned, he has 3 visits remaining. Him leaving could be a win-win situation for both sides. Prevot is better suited for the 3-4 defense, and Quinton Powell is better suited for our 4-3 defense.
With that said, I really like Prevot and am extremely grateful to him for being in EVD's ear all weekend at the AA game about re-committing to USC.

I am not sure what it is but I like this powell guy. It appears he wants in and wants in bad. I love that.
I don't understand, if Fitts is such a huge Trojan fan and this is his dream school, what's the big deal that he was asked to delay his entry? Apparently, because of his injury he can't participate in spring ball anyway. If this was my "dream" school, I would wait until hell froze over to go there.
Read some of his past tweets. It's obvious that he felt disrespected and hurt about USC choosing him, of all EE's, to postpone his enrollment.
He was actually shopping for dorm supplies when he got the phone-call.
Plus, his high school coach -- Coach Bruich, for whom Kylie has the utmost respect-- is constantly spewing his anti-USC venom in his presence. As soon as he got the news that USC "slighted" Kylie, Coach Bruich probably jumped all over the opportunity to say, "See! I told you!"
Whatever. I'm over it. I wish Kylie the best wherever he goes.
Based on recruiting math...the Staff has 3...maaaaaybe 4 rides left. Robinson, Vanderdoes, Powell, and Thomas are more than we might be able to take. I'm sure there are others on this trip that would be part of this Class.
If Fitts is playing a game?...it doesn't look good for him. Then again, based on his twitters, he doesn't seem to give two shits about SC right now.
Johnny Johnson committed to utla. That makes 20 for them. Will they have room for Fitts. Better question, if the room isn't there, who do they dump to make room for Fitts?
I don't feel bad for him, either. While his coach may have influenced his decision...Fitts ultimately made the decision. He got emotional and sold his stock. Worst business decisions are made with emotions factored in.
Not to mention...I'm not all that crazy about his twitting pattern, lately.
Are you flipping kidding me? On the rise? You call losing 5 games on the rise? No offense...but you can't base utla's success on just beating a bad SC team.
Mike...you know that to be fact? Either Harrison or Powell? Damn...you are good!
