No Excuses,'' 11 x National Campions anyday, anytime ,anywhere.
I hope they don't. Other schools do it when they are expecting a loss but win.
USC fans/players/anybody should never expect a loss.
They should 100% not storm the field.
That would be pathetic given that every USC fan expected to win this game when the season started.
I hope not. We're not "new money". Act like you've been there before. Respect the rivalry
As a student, I would be okay with us doing it had this been a year where we expected to finish the season 7-5. Given the expectations this season, I don't think we should do it if we win
Underdog schools that lose and expect to lose do this.
WeAreSc! We expect to win! It shouldn't be a shocking surprise when we do.
Notre Dame fans stormed the field in '05, and they lost that game.
Oklahoma fans were seriously considering storming the field after that game? Weren't they favored?
Ahhh, I think we should wait and see how the game goes. Thus far, we have nothing to indicate that we can beat the Irish...or anyone else in the top 10.
Loving your team is one thing..delusion leads to disappointment you all take out on our kids by going bonkers on this forum.
Win or lose, love your team and be proud of your university.

"Here are provided seats of meditative joy, where shall rise again the destined reign of Troy." Virgil
Ya but it was a top 10 Notre Dame team
Gringo Mafia Sergeant at Arms - 5 time POTW
student here. asked my friends if we'd rush the field if SC won this Saturday, and one of them said "hell fuckin no, we shouldn't even be the underdogs for this game." we nodded in agreement. doubt we'll rush the field but if someone in the front row starts the movement, i'm sure we'll all jump in.
The only time I ever stormed was ca. 1992 when the Trojans and Harold minor beat number 1 Ohio state with Jimmy jackson
What is happiness? The feeling that power is growing, that resistance is overcome.--Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche
This is bneneath us for anything less than winning the NC ... and even then it might depend.
Cry Havoc; and let slip the dogs of war!
I was at the 1980 game when I was a kid where ND was #1 and SC was about #16 or so who and had a few hard losses (and a tie) just completely kicked their ass @ the Coli ( Dan Devines last regseason game).....everone figured it could happen and it did.
Some guy named Marcus Allen got hurt/didn't play in the game and back up TB Anthony Gibson ripped 'em with some defense help from Ronnie Lott and Chip Banks etc.
ND went on to lose the (at the time pre BCS)mnc to UGA and Herschel Walker by 20...
Be nice to see history repeat itself in a way...we will see...
Feelings get hurt, best not to have any!
No storming, rushing or taking the field!
Join the fight for YOUR liberty!
I'd be embarrassed...and disappointed.
You wont have to worry about it....but in all honesty if you were to beat us I think storming the field depends on the win. Winning big=no. Winning a last second nail biter=yes.

No way USC should storm the field. We've beaten these guys 9 out of 10 times now and should be going for our 11th straight except for injury to Barkley in 2010. With a healthy Barkley we get that win and this one I think with comfort. Now, without him, it will be a struggle but I still think we come out on top with a good defensive performance.
When was the last time we stormed the field? Was it the ND "break the streak" game in Lou Holtz's last game against us? That's what, almost 20 years ago?
UCLA '99? I remember Notre Dame '96.
We are SC.
Trojan alumni and fans should know how to hand the ball to the Ref, too.
Only way we storm is if the foreign students who are stuck on campus this weekend get a hold of Student Tickets.
