I know a lot of the other media outlets that cover CFB and recruiting are not at the level of 24 7.
I just happen to see the above, I take it with a grain of salt. But it really caught my attention bc: (1 the tone of our board here is that our class is pretty solid and all of our committed kids want to be trojans, and 2) after we lost to GT, my first thought was: "man, if i was a HS recruit, and USC looked as bad as it did given all the prep time, would I trust the coaches there to turn things around"
I believe in scott so whatever he says about a recuit i take to the bank. But articles like this and recent decommits, and the not-so-good reputation / work product of some of our coaches this year, makes me just a tad bit worried.
Just wondering what some thoughts are---
"The recruiting class is not falling apart, but the disappointing season has resulted in decommitments -- the most notable being Max Redfield, Eddie Vanderdoes and Eldridge Massington."
Adam Gorney thinks the "disappointing season" is the cause. Never read any quote from any of those three that mentioned that. Stopped reading there.
"Here are provided seats of meditative joy, where shall rise again the destined reign of Troy." Virgil
