Yeah, I mean they've proven to be elite playing against Tenn Tech, Ark State, Fresno State, and Arizona. Heck I'm sure next you're going to claim that they're guaranteed to win the NC after they beat The Mighty Wazzu Cougs tomorrow.
It would seem that way. Washington is going to get beat to a pulp in Eugene.
Unbelievable how do we lose to Josh Nunes and his merry band of TE's, and what I don't get is we essentially scored at will against this Stanford D last yr, but made them look like the Baltimore Ravens this yr, they have a bunch of 1 and two star recruits in the secondary, unreal.... the SEC is laughing at us
I'm not going to say that, even at this time. Oregon has yet to leave their home state and other teams have yet to hit on all cylinders. Oregon State is better than many give them credit for and of course SC IS elite and always will be. A stumble does not change that. Things will become much clearer in the coming weeks and the cream will reach the top! Fight On!
Tommy, Rebel, and our newest rescue Harley!
I'm sorry but this proves that USC lost to Stanford because of Kiffin's play calling. Washington is playing a bunch of second stringers on their OL yet Sark called the right plays to make up for their poor blocking.
Washington was playing at home buddy calm down. USC played Stanford on the rode. It's easier to play in front of fans than in a hostile environment. If Montdropery actually catches those passes he dropped Stanford wins by at least 2 touchdowns. It's hard to win on the rode with green players. Nunes is horrible though.

This is a worst case result for SC tonight.
LSU CRUSHED UW.
Stanford beats SC. Ok, Stanford must be good.
UW (LSU's bitch) beats Stanford. Oopps- Stanford not good.
That makes it look like LSU would destroy the rest of the PAC outside the Quackers (pending result of UW-Quacker game).
The SEC honks in the media are going to be all over this.
I HATE the beauty contest aspect of CFB. It pisses me off that the new playoff isn't Conference Champs Only, so we're still going to have a beauty contest with the new playoff.
Right plays? What like that lucky touchdown run were 2 Tree's completely blow sure tackles? That was eerily similar to the run Taylor got against us at Stanford.
Not to mention Stanford just came off of a big win against USC. We should know by now that the easiest games to lose are games on the road against seemingly weak opponents, right after a big win a week or 2 before.
Fuck!!!! So it begins all the negative talk again.
Great win for Washington, One thing that should be noted is that we lost to Stanford on the road. There is a big difference between losing at home and on the road. If Washington had beaten Stanford on the road, that would be really bad for us.
Sark spreads teams out. He's not afraid of the shotgun and using 4 wr's. They run out of those formations too.

The only difference is this year I didn't want to go to the Rose or Fiesta or Alamo Bowl. I wanted to go to the NC Game. Stanford winning out (and us beating them in the CCG) would have greatly helped our SOS.
Is Sark a wizard?

What are you talking about? Don't you know that every team plays 10x better when USC is their opponent? It does't matter that Stanford has looked pretty bad all season except against USC...
But I agree with you, USC lost because LK isn't a very good coach when the spotlight is on him.

Just beat the dame Utes! FightOn! Good night.
Who was the spotlight on when USC won @ oregon last year?
CLK is an excellent recruiter, strong leader (we did rebound from the loss lest we forget) and a good play caller. Beat the Utes and then beat the team that just beat Stanford (in their house) and we will be on our way.
Mind you, I've always called the UW game as our inevitable "stumble" game. This win works to our advantage; there will be no stumbling at Century Link field!
Join the fight for YOUR liberty!
You guys forget how hard it is to win at Washington...
UW is a completely different team at home.
You mean a coach actually adjusting to his personnel instead forcing guys to fit into his "system"?
Not USC. USC played the role of the underdog. No pressure to win that game.
for SC, just win baby...screw all those beauty contest.
That's what folks do best here, bitch & complain over EVERYTHING!
If your not 1st your last!
