Same old story. Another recruit with an aspiring rapper for a Dad.
I think Snoops kid is pretty good but I am not sure worthy of an offer from USC this early. Maybe Kiffin is trying to match Mora at UCLA since PDiddy kid got a ride from them. Oh and he didnt deserve it either.
But Snoops USC tailgates I am sure will be a blast!!!
What about a REAL BALLER, Brown from the IE??? Nothing yet?

If he comes here, let's hope Snoop doesn't become the Team Parent and bake brownies for everyone lol
Not sure about the aspiring part as Snoop has already sold millions of CDs over the course of his career.
LOL I know.
You can't be serious.
And why is it that when a rappers son (diddy/snoop) gets an offer, some ppl are so quick to write it off as a stunt?

I assumed that people would see the irony in calling one of the genre's greatest artists of all time an 'aspiring rapper.' I was wrong.
I also don't think USC football offers kids a scholarship as a stunt.
I agree Sc would not offer a kid they didn't believe could play at that level.
Offering a kid this early can only be a good thing. No downside.
Snoop's little league produced DAT. You think he's not going to put the same level of effort into his son?
unless the kid sucks, but don't think that is the case here.
i wouldnt call him one of the genre's greatist artists- very average lyrically... now pimping- thats another story
Hey, you created me. I didn't create some loser alter-ego to make myself feel better. Take some responsibility!
Happy for the kid. But I think it is BS how we offer a few 2015 kids that are local, but still dont offer stand out kids in the 2014 class. I hear LK's strategy, but I am not convinced. The only thing I can think of is that from 2015, we will be at 25 schollies again so we can afford to offer more on prospects that are not a proven 5 or 4 star. I see a lot of kids tho who i think are more worthy of an offer at htis stage.
I worked for a sponsor of the Snooperbowl a few years ago. Snoops son was a serious athlete with great tools for his age.
If he continued to progress, I have no doubt he is legit.
I remember watching those DVD's from 2002-2005 and there was Snoop standing on the sidelines at a lot of SC games. Heck, I remember one of the games, Lendale scored a touchdown and flipped the ball to Snoop. Also, I think CPC had Snoop come to one of the team's meetings and sing for the kids. I think Snoop would love for his kid to be a Trojan.
See Jordan Peyton.
yeah and SC pulle dof of him, so we will see.
