Is he expected to stay at DE or move back to WLB? The decision is probably to be made by the new DC, however, I'd like to hear what you guys think should happen, because I was surprised to see last night that Ruffin has lost 15 pounds since coming to USC - assuming the 24/7 weight is correct (245 in HS) and the USC website weight is correct (230 now).
230 seems light for a DE, no?
Cry Havoc; and let slip the dogs of war!
I have no idea. I do, however, hope that he stays at DE.
Heard he kills it out there at DE during practices. If he's doing well, keep him there.
OT, but are you hearing anything on Robey?
Practice =/= game time contribution.
Kennard used to wreck shit at MLB during practice and that never translated on the playing field because he was just playing out of position (not his fault as the coaches needed depth there).
Personally, I hope JR goes back to LB.

Why have a great linebacker become an average defensive end.
Kind of like a great safety Shaw playing as an average cornerback.
In the case of Shaw - that was due to team limitations.
haven't gotten an update since before winter break which was about a month ago. teammates didn't expect him to enter the draft back then and I think Robey is conflicted right now since he expected to receive a higher evaluation. I'll try to find out some more info by next week.
We need LBers with size. I hope he stays at LBer.
