Coaches were NOT told...they found out like us...on the internet from El Paso.
I can't help but think that UCLA playing in the Holiday Bowl had something to do with the timing of his announcement. He probably thought UCLA would get a huge win and he could help create momentum for the UCLA class.
It's the weed capital of the world. Long dreads. Girls with hairy armpits. Where there's hippies, there's weed - Oregon Duck Reuben Droughns
Glad it didn't work out that way then.
Doubt he visits.
Do we even want him to after this stunt?
Let UCLA have the Carroll's, the Presleys, the Shirleys, the Rileys, etc - all these kids who play games. None of them have any integrity, and none of them end up doing squat other than getting in trouble.
It's a dead period right now correct? So the coaches can't contact him right now. Feels like Josh Shirley recruitment all over again
"Coaches were NOT told...they found out like us...on the internet from El Paso."
This contradicts what Scott is saying re the in home visit.
Now that is very concerning especially on the verge of coming out of the dead period. Eddie doesn't seem like the type to "game" the coaches. But recruiting can get odd. Hope the coaching staff has gotten on the phone with Hutch.
Cause that's what EV side is saying. I believe the OP
Yeah -- the OP is legit.
"Cause that's what EV side is saying. I believe the OP"
If Scott's source is EV then there is some serious dishonesty here. What does that say?

Family friend= EV side. Agree OP is legit
I interpret it to be a family friend of EV's and EV's dad. Not EV himself.
That we have another E McCarthy.
It's not EV...it's someone close to EV...but It still says a lot... and I don't like the meaning...

"It's what a brother would do for another brother"
I got no time for a kid that does not WANT to be a Trojan.
If he is having second thoughts, then he should go somewhere else and play in obscurity wherever that may be.
With only 18 spots total and really only 11 remaining, the coaching staff cannot waste these last five weeks chasing after lost causes. I hope CLK and CEO call up the next best D-Lineman and sign him up. Hello, Montravious? Come on down!
Are you being serious? Virtually every recruit we have, at one point or another, has had second thoughts about going to other schools. Even Bama, a school whose football history and tradition are just as rich as ours, has guys that were contemplating flipping. With that kind of attitude, I guess you don't want half our current commits because they're having second thoughts, as well, most lately of whom being Hutchings and Ramsey. I'm not saying they're flipping, but they're at least having second thoughts. Do you not want those guys, either?

Winning the academic award in the SEC is sort of like winning the special olympics. Even if you win, you are still a retard.
