I don't think I care, as long as they win as much as Les.
I guess people have different standards. Would you care if USC won a lot but it was a big fat penn state pile of shit?
What is happiness? The feeling that power is growing, that resistance is overcome.--Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche
The rumor mill is shifting and starting to postulate that the whole thing is untrue.

Cry Havoc; and let slip the dogs of war!
WHEW. Glad this is proving to be untrue. I like Les Miles a lot and always root for LSU. GEAUX TIGERS!
Join the fight for YOUR liberty!
More than likely, some bitter rival coach started the rumor . Remember Weiss with that rumor about Pete and a coed? I didn't like that one bit.
Sadly, after the Penn State horror, I'm just glad it does't involve kids.

don't like to see stories like this, if they happen or not. There is enought dreck and enough people hurt, can we please keep college football clean. If it's rotten, it starts at the top=ncaa
Gee, could you have thought of a more extreme example in an effort to support your position? Is adultery bad? Yes. Should it be compared to playing Dr in the shower with little boys? The answer is unequivocally, NO!
What exactly does the serial rape of young boys have to do with sex between two consenting adults ?
You can't compare this situation to Penn State.
Wouldn't give a damn. I've said it before, if we could bring Adolph Hitler back from the dead and he turned out to be an amazing football coach who won championships, I'd be cool with it. As long as we don't get hit with sanctions, I could care less how morally upright we are--winning is more important.
I'd rather win with suspect morals than lose with integrity. We aren't BYU.
Wow...I'm glad you don't head this university, nor a powerful booster...because as of now, people with power and money want to win the right way at USC.
Wait till you read jpw post.

Wow...This is tragic and ventures beyond the scope of this discussion!
Beware, so long as you live, of judging men by their outward appearance. -- Jean de La Fontaine
Seriously dude, did you even think about what you were writing as you typed this?
Winning is great, but if its not done morally and ethically correct, then it becomes tainted and tarnished. Standards are important, and winning with them makes it all the sweeter.
When someone mentions Adolf Hitler so cavalierly all of us with any age and any amount of historical brains will categorize him forever as a punk. Goodbye, punk.
Move on means FIGHT ON!
Well it's now a two horse race between jpw & scinsc5 for the WTF Did He Just Say Award although jpw is starting to pull ahead as they come down the stretch.

Tell it to Jesus as he decides which way you go. Burn, Baby, Burn!
Potholes for us, Pensions for them
The worst post in the history of man.
Meh, he showed a propensity to jump all over opponents early, but an inability to close things out. He padded his stats early with a lot of wins against directional opponents (like northern France, central France, etc). And while he might have been an innovator in the way he spread out his offensive weapons - an inspiration to guys like Chip Kelly and Urban Meyer - it ultimately contributed to his undoing. Effective blitzer, but his defenses proved to be porous at crucial times.
I'd have to say no, but there are probably some on this board who would prefer him over Kiffin.
Ok, this made me chuckle.
You need serious help....
You forgot that he had horrible clock management... I mean, really, fighting a land war in Asia. In winter! What was he thinking? If you've got to drive the ball 99 yards to get to Moscow, don't throw 1-yard bubble screens with the clock winding down to winter. You gotta air it out and throw some bombs.
