The answer is yes.But as parent if the university doesn't react to the fact that he is a EE kid that kind of send a message.A offer for chris isn't the same as a offer for other kids because its not counted the same way.As a Usc fan I would sit on this board and say the kid should just sit back and wait on Sc.As a dad that happens to be a Usc fan my views are different. He has some great orders that kids would kill for, Stanford, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Michigan,Cal and possible today Oregon and Lsu so why shouldn't he be able to enjoy the love from those schools instead of racking his brain about Usc. Not sure both kids were extremely disappointed to not be offered on junior day, but like I said a trojan offer changes things for kids.One thing I can guarantee you neither kid wil be a trojan if the offer comes in the 19th hour.They want to be wanted not the last option.Its only fair. Fight On

Fitts, Vanderdoes and your son are the three I kept scratching my head about wondering why they hadn't been offered.

To be fair......
Our DB's coach was not on board until after Junior Days.And being a potential EE is a huge benefit for USC. Even if the 3 that can be backcounted towards last year's class are already on board, USC would still love to have more of their recruits able to come in early and begin learning the system/playbook and getting a head start with their classes/adjusted to college living, etc.
Hope this young man is offered in the near future and a part of what looks like will be a great defensive class and solid foundation for the future.
