Baxter wasn't afraid to compete, he had a sense of entitlement and shot himself in the foot enough times to get removed from the team.
Nor was Butler, or else he never would have come back this past year. He simply saw that his best opportunity lay there and I have a feeling he had the full backing of the coaching staff to make the move.
