Oregon started off the game on offense like a Nascar Champion and never took pedal off the metal en-route to a 62-51 butt-kicking of the Trojans at the Coliseum Saturday.

Marqise Lee had a jawdropping performance against the Ducks on Saturday and may be on his way to winning the Biletnikoff Award
Kenjon Barner rushed for more than 300 yards while gaining more yards than any running back ever had against the Trojans.
It was an offensive show Saturday and neither team played much defense.
Lane Kiffin, Matt Barkley, Robert Woods and Marqise Lee talked about the loss to the Ducks after the game in the interview room at the Coliseum.
FightOn247 was there to shoot video of the post-game presser.

Change is not coming before the end of the season. I don't care what Lane says
Monte won't change, the only change is when Lane finally lets him go and that's iffy at best.
Lane is playing with fire here...if the defense performs this bad the rest of the way he and Monte may be forced out if a change isn't made.
You should win a game when you score 51 points....but not with this defense.

Good point, GoforSC. I would say to simplify. In other words, let them focus on their cues and keys still, but allow their athleticism to come into play more instead of having them stick with the same tired scheme.
Simplify meaning no Monte scheme, but a general defense that others are running around the nation i.e. just make an adjustment that the players can handle and succeed in. What that is, I don’t know, but the coaches can surely make some change. It’s their job. Whatever that simplification is, I am sure the players could handle that change with their football IQ’s.

I have said it before, and will say it again. I would absolutely love for us to play a defensive style like Oregon St. They flat out attack the los, and let their corners play bump and run. They are doing it with athletes that would never even get a look at from USC. A defensive style like that coupled with USC athletes would be awesome.
