It's been a whirlwind with recruiting for WR Deontay Greenberry from Washington Union in Ftesno, Calif., the past two months.
Before the Las Vegas Badger Passing Event in late March Greenberry said he only had one offer, from Arizona State. His performance at that camp and others has led to offers from Notre Dame, USC, Alabama, California, UCLA, UNLV, Washington, Washington State and others.
And Greenberry has consistently said Notre Dame is his top school, the school his good friend and cousin Tee Shepard is committed to.
But, Greenberry said his parents are pushing him to USC, he plans to visit the Trojans and it's a long way to signing day. A leader today, could be a forgotten school tomorrow. A trip to Alabama could vault the Crimnson Tide to the top of Greenberry's list for all anyone knows. A visit to any school could increase its chances with the extremely talented wide receiver.
Greenberry said he is really just beginning to take a closer look at all the schools that have offered.
FightOn247 spoke to Greenberry after the Stanford Nike Camp. We had to edit a fair amount of the video interview because of noise from a gas golf cart in the background, but he does talk about Notre Dame being his top school at this stage in the recruiting process and much more.
