Wow, sounds like the kid is definitely concerned about Kiffin/Coach O not being around. Hopefully those matters get put to rest quickly and he sticks with us.

I think he reads this board, he's tweeted about threads on this board in the past. Reading this board and the outcry for Lane's head, especially after the ND game, do you really blame him for having some doubts?
What Eddie needs to realize though is that Pat Haden isn't your usual AD. He's not going to be influenced by the fanbase (or the media for that matter) like many other ADs would be. He wasn't when the entire fanbase was calling for SC to sue the NCAA right after the appeal was denied and he won't be now. He will do what he believes is best for the future of SC and he has clearly stated a number of times that, that is keeping Lane as the head coach for a long time to come. He knows the restrictions Lane is dealing with and he won't overreact to 1 or 2 poor seasons like most of the fanbase appears to be doing.

Don't see it happening. Last time he went to the NFL, he only stayed for 1 year before going right back to college. I think he knows he's better suited for college football and enjoys working with younger player and helping them grow and even the recruiting element of the job. Of course that is just my opinion but I'm sure Eddie will ask him himself and get the answer from Coach O himself.

Recruits aren't idiots. They know that LK is on the hot seat and next year will be his last unless the results change.
And the blame should go directly to the coaching staff that took a preseason #1 and turned them into one of the most disappointing #1s in the history of CFB.
