Ronnie Stanley (6-6,290) from Bishop Gorman in Las Vegas was extremely disappointed after his team lost to Concord De la Salle 28-14 Saturday night, but he took the time to speak with us anyway.
Stanley, who will be one of the elite offensive tackles on the West Coast next year, said he believed they were good enough to beat De La Salle, but made too many mistakes. Costly penalties did negate two touchdowns for Bishop Gorman.
We also had an opportunity to talk a bit about recruiting with Stanley.
"I'm really not too concerned about recruiting right now, all I cared is about tonight's game and the rest of the season," said Stanley. "But as far as offers goes, I have offers from USC, Nebraska, Arkansas, Arizona, Utah and California."
We'll have more from Stanley later this week.
